Georgia. Milan Art LLC is an active Georgia LLC, control number 20031313, formed 25 February 2020, status Active/Compliance, with its 2026 annual registration filed. Search it at ecorp.sos.ga.gov.

Florida. The same company is registered as an active foreign LLC, document M24000001946, filed 30 January 2024, with 2025 and 2026 annual reports on file. Four managers are named: Elizabeth Milan, Dimitra Dunn, Jacob Dunn and John Milan. Search it at search.sunbiz.org.

Real names in two state registries with current filings is a low bar, and it’s one most things people worry about being scams can’t clear.

How long has it been operating?

The school opened in Statham, Georgia in 2010 and moved online in 2018. An Athens Magazine article from 2022 states the same founding year and the same move, and we didn’t write it.

Our domains have been continuously registered since 29 June 2014 for milanartinstitute.com and 4 November 2014 for masteryprogram.com. A free WHOIS lookup confirms both. Domains registered a decade ago and renewed every year since are what a long-running business looks like.

What do independent sites say?

Better Business Bureau: an A+ rated file, opened 6 May 2024, listing all four owners. When we checked in August 2026 it showed one complaint in the previous three years.

Trustpilot: in September 2026, 4.7 from 573 reviews on a claimed profile. The distribution is 86% five star, 7% four, 2% three, 2% two, 3% one. Read the one-star reviews. They’re the useful ones.

App stores: our community app is published under Milan Art LLC on both stores. In August 2026 it was rated 4.9 from 401 reviews with 10,000+ downloads on Google Play, and 4.9 from around a thousand ratings on the App Store. Getting an app through Apple and Google review requires a verified business entity.

Social platforms: the YouTube channel is verified, joined January 2019, and in August 2026 it had 163,000 subscribers, 357 public videos and more than 15 million lifetime views. Instagram had 307,000 followers. The Facebook page is verified as owned by Milan Art LLC, with 250,000 followers.

Press we didn’t place: My Modern Met covered Dimitra Milan’s early career in 2016, and Teen Vogue covered her too. Both articles are still live. Elli Milan published a memoir, Unemployable, through Cloud Road Publishing in 2022, ISBN 9781958259016, which you can find at the usual book retailers.

Can you visit in person?

Yes. The Milan Art Gallery is at 72 S Palm Ave in downtown Sarasota, Florida, and it’s where we teach in person.

One-day classes run most weeks at $90 to $100, 11am to 3pm, for all levels. Multi-day workshops at the studio cost $995 to $2,300 and are capped at 15 or 16 artists. Retreats have run in Greece, Italy, Mexico, South Africa and Florida, and the next open one is in Oaxaca and Puerto Escondido, Mexico, in February 2027.

How is money handled?

Every Mastery Program price is published with its total spelled out: $229 a month for 24 months ($5,496), $399 a month for 12 months ($4,788), or $3,999 paid once. What’s the case against us?

This is the part that makes the rest worth reading.
